1. Account Rules

1.1 Currency exchange on the Website must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. We have the right to temporarily freeze any funds obtained by fraudulent or illegal means, illegal activities that violate the Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML/KYC), and report them to the police.

1.2. The User must be between 16 and 60 years old at the time of registration, must use a real identity (including name and phone number), and cannot change the name after registration. Only use the wallet account that belongs to me to pay, and the use of a third-party account to pay may be suspected of violating the law, and we have reason to freeze and assist in the investigation; If you are deceived by the exchange at the behest of a third party, you will be responsible for it!

1.3. Only one real-name account is allowed to be registered with the same identity (including IP), and no one else is allowed to register and create an order. Accounts may not be transferred or sold, and if discovered, accounts and orders may be frozen. If we find or suspect that the user's account information is untrue, we have the right to require the user to verify and update the account information until it is consistent with the actual situation. Using proxy servers or other techniques to hide real IP addresses may face strict scrutiny until they meet the requirements for real-name authentication.

1.4. The Website does not provide collection services for any collective. For example, you can pay with multiple accounts and redeem them to the same destination account. Similarly, payments are made to the Website using multiple other people's accounts and then exchanged to the same destination wallet or to different wallets of the same user. If suspected of violating the anti-money laundering policy, it may be temporarily frozen due to review until the relevant requirements of real-name authentication are met.

1.5. Any User who wishes to trade with the Website must register an account on the Website in his/her own capacity and place an order using his/her own funds or wallet account. Do not borrow a third-party account or entrust a third party to help you place an order, if you are deceived or illegal, you will be responsible for all losses.

2. Transaction Security

2.1. Do not disclose your account password to others, and do not use the Website to redeem on a public computer such as an Internet café.

2.2. The User shall carefully check our receiving account number when making a payment to us in the source currency, which may change from time to time, and the User shall be solely responsible for the failure or delay in the execution of orders due to direct transfers to previous accounts. The payment amount must not be less than the order amount. The user needs to carefully fill in the correct target currency account number, we will refer to the account information on the order, once we successfully complete the payment, we will not be responsible for the loss caused by the user's account information error.

2.3. The User must pay for the order within 30 minutes after placing it, if the order is not paid will be cancelled, please submit a new order if you want to continue the exchange.

2.4. For the manual processing of orders, the User must place the order before making the payment, and may not make the payment before placing the order, and the Website may review the order in case of payment in advance, or in the case of non-payment for a long time after submitting the order. The order information shall not be disclosed to others, and this website will not be liable for any accidental losses arising therefrom.

3. About the exchange rate

3.1. Our exchange rate is not always fixed and will be adjusted according to the market and our inventory needs, and in the case of non-USD electronic currencies or cryptocurrency, the exchange rate will be updated frequently. The user shall pay within 30 minutes of submitting the order, and the order exchange rate shall remain in effect. The conversion rate does not include the transfer fee borne by the user. The transfer fee of this website is included in the exchange rate.

3.2. The User shall complete the payment within the time limit and shall not request a recalculation of the amount of receipt and payment for orders that have already been paid for, on the grounds of a change in the exchange rate.

4. Order Cancellation

4.1. If the order has not been paid in the target currency within 1 hour after the payment has been made to the User's account, the User may request to cancel the order, but the User shall be responsible for the transfer fee required for the refund and a cancellation fee of 2% of the total amount of the refund.

4.2. If the order is not completed more than 1 hour after we received the payment, and the user wishs to cancel the order, we will refund the full amount of the order to the user's account. the user does not need to pay the cancellation fee, but we will not be responsible for the handling fee incurred by the user's transfer.

4.3. Due to the delay in the arrival of the payment system, the funds have been sent, but have not yet reached the account of the other party and cannot be cancelled, without the above time limits, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted until they have been received.

4.4. In the event of a request by the User to cancel the order, we may only refund to the original payment account, and the User may not request a refund to another account.

4.5 If, due to the user's negligence, the account in the target currency provided is unable to receive the payment within 2 hours, and the user didn't contact us to provide an available account, we has the right to cancel the order, refund and deduct 2% of the order amount (not less than 2 USD/20 CNY) and transfer fee.

4.6. If we have already paid for the order, it will not accept any form of order cancellation request.

5. Order Processing

5.1. After we received the source currency, we will pay the user the target currency within a few minutes to 20 minutes, no more than 24 hours in maxium. If we can't complete it in time, please notify us in the order of livechat window and email.

5.2. Due to special reasons of force majeure (such as power outages, network failures, disasters, government regulations, etc.), we may delay the payment time in the target currency uncertainly . We shall not be liable for any losses caused to the user as a result, and the two parties shall resolve the matter through negotiation.

5.3. For some reason, the Website has the right to unilaterally terminate the execution of an order. In this case, if the user has paid the source currency, this website will refund the user's source currency, and the handling fee in the transaction process shall be borne by the responsible party, and this website will not be responsible for other losses related to the user.

5.4 For the treatment of freezing due to the review of the payment system of the receipt (mostly seen in the AML review of cryptocurrency exchanges), please refer to the AML and KYC protocols.We does not hold the user's funds, and its process requires the user to wait and cooperate with the exchange's review, and the user will get a refund after the review is passed. The termination or excutation of the User's order is subject to the progress of the Exchange's review.

6. Order inquiry

6.1. The Website only keeps the order records of the last 3 months, if the user needs all the order records, please save them in advance, the records of more than 3 months cannot be queried, but it does not affect the user's membership point discount and commission level.

6.2. We does not provide screenshots or receipts of payment, and we default that users can check their  account by themselves when placing an order. If the user indicates that he has not received the payment, he or she needs to send us the account statement by email to prove that the payment has not been received, and we will provide proof of payment by email. If proof of payment is required indeed, it must be delivered by mail, which is a fee-based service.

6.3. For payment systems (e.g. PerfectMoney) that may delay the arrival of the payment, both the User and the Website shall act based on the actual arrival,  and the screenshot of the payment isn't the final proof. 7. Working hours

7.1. The working hours of this website are 8:00-23:00 (GMT+8), and the processing time for all orders is not more than 24 hours. Users should pay attention to the email sent to the mailbox on the order.

7.2. During business hours, manual order processing times are theoretically processed within 30 minutes. In the event of a stock shortage, order processing may be delayed. Orders that are not working hours are processed on the second day.

8. Warranties and Responsibilities of the Parties

8.1. The User confirms that he is the rightful owner or has a legal basis for using the funds traded on the exchange and shall not use or attempt to make payments using crypto assets obtained through illegal gambling activities. 

8.2. The User represents, warrants and agrees that the resources of the Service will not be used for fraud and/or any other illegal acts, including money laundering, terrorist activities, or any other illegal activities.

8.3 The User is solely responsible for all actions performed by the User in the Online Services and/or its Applications, including but not limited to the Mobile Applications.

8.4. The User acknowledges that it will not encourage and/or induce any third party to use the Online Services to engage in any activity prohibited by this Agreement and/or prohibited by the applicable laws of the country in which it is located. If it comes from a country that prohibits its citizens from receiving exchange services, the legal liability arising therefrom shall be borne by itself.

If a user creates an order on this website as a registered member or guest, it means that you have accepted this agreement.
